Jelly is the new visual question and answer app from Twitter’s co-founder, Biz Stone. Users ask a question by attaching text to a shared picture and then have the option to add a drawing. The entries display in a scroll-through feed on the app, to be viewed and either passed over or answered by other users.

In the introductory video for Jelly, Biz Stone says, “everyone’s mobile, everyone’s connected, so if you have a question there’s somebody out there who knows the answer.” He also claims that people will get
